Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Executive in the HP PS Process, your core tasks will include:

  • Receiving inbound calls from customers and resolving their technical issues related to HP products and services.
  • Handling voice and blended (voice + chat/email) support depending on process requirement.
  • Diagnosing technical problems, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps, logging issue details, following escalation protocols.
  • Recording customer interactions, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Providing a positive customer experience: clear communication, empathy, resolution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborating with tier2/3 support teams when complex or recurring issues arise.
  • Continuously updating process knowledge, product updates, and adherence to SOPs.
