🔧 Responsibilities (Daily Work)
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will perform the following tasks:
- Deployment & customer support for:
- Firewall solutions
- ZTNA solutions (Zero Trust Network Access)
- Email security
- Web security products
- Perform PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and submit reports to clients.
- Configure:
- User management
- Domain integration
- Email configuration
- Backup management
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:
- Security product deployment
- Network and cloud infrastructure
- Perform root cause analysis and maintain RCA reports.
- Manage cloud workloads and servers on:
- AWS
- Azure
- VMware / Hyper-V / KVM
- Perform daily administrative tasks like:
- Health monitoring
- System checklist reviews
