As a Technical Support Engineer, you will perform the following tasks:

    • Email security
    • Web security products
  2. Perform PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and submit reports to clients.
  3. Configure:
    • User management
    • Domain integration
    • Email configuration
    • Backup management
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to:
    • Security product deployment
    • Network and cloud infrastructure
  5. Perform root cause analysis and maintain RCA reports.
  6. Manage cloud workloads and servers on:
    • AWS
    • Azure
    • VMware / Hyper-V / KVM
  7. Perform daily administrative tasks like:
    • Health monitoring
    • System checklist reviews
