Job Description
Sutherland is hiring candidates for its International Non-Voice Process in Hyderabad. This role involves handling customer queries through chat and email, providing product and service support to clients from the US, Dubai, and other countries.
Eligibility Criteria
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Undergraduate/Graduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced professionals (6+ months) are eligible.
- Must reside within a 25 km radius of office premises.
- Comfortable with 24/7 rotational shifts and week-offs.
- Pursuing students or outstation candidates are not eligible.
