Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
 • B.Pharm or B.Sc (Chemistry / Life Sciences)
 • Additional diplomas or certifications in pharma manufacturing or GMP are a plus
Experience: 0–3 years in pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
 • Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), calibration, validation
 • Good documentation and record-keeping skills
 • Basic knowledge of equipment, process control, troubleshooting
 • Ability to coordinate with QA / IPQA, QC, engineering
 • Good communication and team training skills
 • Computer literacy (MS Office, production systems)

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Production Officer at Zeon Biotech, your core responsibilities will include:

Manufacturing Supervision
 • Supervise syrup / liquid manufacturing processes, ensuring all steps follow SOPs and process parameters
 • Monitor and control critical process parameters (temperature, pH, mixing speed, etc.)
 • Coordinate and lead trial batches and scale‑up batches
Packing & Line Coordination
 • Oversee packing operations (filling, capping, labeling, secondary packing)
 • Ensure proper line clearances, label verification, and packing integrity
Quality & Compliance
 • Ensure all operations comply with cGMP, regulatory norms, and internal SOPs
 • Work with IPQA / QA / QC to ensure in‑process checks, deviations, sampling, and corrective actions
 • Maintain calibration schedule, ensure equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
Documentation & Reporting
 • Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logs, checklists, deviations, CAPA, change controls
 • Generate production reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
Team Training & Support
 • Train operators and technicians in procedures, safety, operational discipline
 • Help resolve operational issues, reduce downtime, optimize yield
Maintenance & Safety
 • Liaise with maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance, ensure machine health
 • Enforce safety rules, housekeeping, PPE usage, and overall lab / plant safety standards
 • Participate in audits, inspections, internal reviews
