🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across digital marketing, branding & creative services
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with brand managers, decision makers & marketing heads
  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients, trends & competition
  • Preparing and presenting customized proposals, pricing decks & business solutions
  • Working closely with internal creative, branding & performance marketing teams
  • Representing the company in client meetings, calls & digital presentations
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly business acquisition targets
  • Managing CRM, pipeline, sales reports and maintaining sales hygiene

  • 0-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing
  • Prior experience in digital marketing industry preferred
  • Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills

  • Presentation skills — proposal building, pitching, solution package creation
  • Positive attitude, goal-oriented & willing to take full ownership of tasks
  • Any Graduate (BBA / BCom / BA / BSc / BTech etc acceptable)
