Job Description

As a Non-IT Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in identifying and hiring top talent for various industries outside IT — including manufacturing, retail, healthcare, finance, and operations.

Your job involves sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining databases, and supporting the HR team in meeting hiring targets.

Responsibilities:

✅ Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly.
✅ Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
✅ Screen profiles and shortlist candidates for interviews.
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
✅ Maintain recruitment data and daily reports.
✅ Follow up with candidates till final onboarding.
✅ Ensure targets are achieved within deadlines.
✅ Work closely with the HR team for bulk hiring or specific role closures.
