      • Actively engage decision-makers and occupiers in commercial segments
  3. Meetings & Conversion Goals
      • Conduct 14–16 client meetings bi-weekly (aim for 6–8 per week)
      • Present business proposals, office space solutions, and investment options
  4. Pipeline Management & Performance Tracking
      • Assess performance fortnightly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline
      • Ensure alignment with year-to-date (YTD) targets
  5. Market Intelligence & Asset Knowledge
      • Understand SEZ, IT, and ITeS sector trends in the Mumbai real estate landscape
      • Identify and recommend pre-leased investment opportunities
  6. Team Culture & Collaboration
      • Contribute positively to the organizational culture
      • Display a winning attitude and teamwork spirit
