- Freshly passed Diploma Mechanical engineers
- ITI Fitters
- Final semester students who can join immediately
You will be trained and placed in Production / Operations Department as:
Designation: Operation cum Maintenance Staff
Shifts: Rotational (Factory Operations)
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Operating production machinery as per SOP
- Handling equipment setup & adjustments
- Performing basic preventive maintenance
- Timely troubleshooting under supervision
- Ensuring safety and hygiene in the plant
- Reporting faults, errors & line stoppages
- Supporting continuous production line performance
- Maintaining logs & documentation
- Following FMCG quality control standards
