The Role & Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our international customers. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional service and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
- Addressing customer queries and providing accurate, timely solutions.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Adhering to call quality standards and escalation procedures.
- Accurately documenting all customer interactions and feedback.
- Meeting performance metrics for quality, productivity, and attendance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th pass and above. Graduation is not required.
- Experience: This is a fantastic opportunity for freshers.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are a must.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and empathy to handle diverse customer concerns.
- Basic computer literacy and a good typing speed.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Work Environment:
- Must be comfortable working in night shifts.
- Must be comfortable with rotational weekly offs.
- Willingness to work from our Kolkata office location is mandatory.
