Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a Voice Process (Customer Support).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Proactive, organized, and good at multitasking.
  • Comfortable with rotational shifts.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Track customer orders and shipments accurately.
  • Validate delivery status via logistics providers like UPS/FedEx.
  • Update order details in internal systems (Google Sheets, Zendesk).
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for missing details.
  • Share real-time updates via Slack for ticket resolution.
  • Handle escalations and provide satisfactory solutions.
  • Ensure timely closure of tickets and maintain service quality.
