- Position: Chat Process Executive (Fresher)
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-person)
- Job Type: Full-time, Fresher
- Shift & Schedule: Rotational shifts; 5 days working per week with 2 rotational weekly offs
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidate should be a fresh graduate or an undergraduate (final year also acceptable)
- Excellent written English communication skills (since chat-based process)
- Good typing skills & comfort with keyboard communication
- Must be located in/around Hyderabad or willing to commute
- Ability to join immediately
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via chat to resolve queries, provide support and handle everyday processes
- Maintain high quality standards in conversations, document interactions as per process guidelines
- Work in rotational shifts and maintain productivity as per targets
- Collaborate with team leads and escalate issues when required
Selection Process

- Chat-based assessment or written test to check typing, grammar & process aptitude
- Final interview with hiring manager
