🎯 Job Responsibilities
As a C2C Associate at CARS24, you will:
✔ Help customers who want to sell their used cars
✔ Guide sellers in listing their vehicles on the platform
✔ Assist buyers with negotiation and closure
✔ Maintain strong trust and communication with customers
✔ Achieve daily and monthly conversion goals
✔ Manage documentation and payment confirmation
