🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across digital marketing, branding & creative services
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with brand managers, decision makers & marketing heads
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, trends & competition
- Preparing and presenting customized proposals, pricing decks & business solutions
- Working closely with internal creative, branding & performance marketing teams
- Representing the company in client meetings, calls & digital presentations
- Achieving monthly/quarterly business acquisition targets
- Managing CRM, pipeline, sales reports and maintaining sales hygiene

Eligibility & Skill Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing
- Prior experience in digital marketing industry preferred
- Excellent communication, persuasion & negotiation skills
- Ability to independently manage leads, follow-ups & closures
- Presentation skills — proposal building, pitching, solution package creation
- Positive attitude, goal-oriented & willing to take full ownership of tasks
- Any Graduate (BBA / BCom / BA / BSc / BTech etc acceptable)
