This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 3 years of experience who are passionate about enterprise sales, lead generation, and client engagement in the design and engineering industry.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education Required:
      • BBA / BMS in Marketing, Business Analytics, International Business
      • Candidates with diplomas or certifications in Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM tools, etc., are preferred
  • Skills Required:
      • Excellent verbal & written communication
      • Confident with strong presentation abilities
      • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
      • Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
      • Strong interpersonal and networking ability
      • Goal-oriented, self-driven, proactive approach to client handling

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Prospecting
      • Identify and approach potential clients through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and events
      • Research target markets and build contact lists
  2. Client Communication & Presentations
      • Schedule and conduct product/service demos or presentations
      • Prepare customized sales pitches and marketing collateral
  3. Sales Strategy Execution
      • Assist in developing and refining sales strategies
      • Track performance metrics using CRM dashboards
  4. CRM Management & Reporting
      • Maintain client records, leads, follow-ups, and communications
      • Generate and present weekly sales reports to management
  5. Networking & Relationship Building
      • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings
      • Build strong long-term client relationships
