Job Description

As a Business Development Associate, you will be on the frontline of admissions for a leading school brand. Your role will involve field visits, lead generation, parent engagement, and converting prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for school admissions.
  • Achieve daily targets for number of leads collected and converted.
  • Engage with parents/caregivers, present school offerings convincingly.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective parents, address queries and concerns.
