Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Sc)
- Strong basic IT knowledge (Windows OS, LAN/WAN, desktop applications)
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve Windows applications & network issues
- Provide email/chat support, create tickets, and escalate unresolved issues
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers
- Assist users with technical problems in patient care or business systems
- Collaborate across departments to resolve cross-functional issues
- Maintain technical documentation and infrastructure records
- Ensure customer queries are resolved promptly
