We’ve grown to 55 stores across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and Goa, and we pride ourselves on a strong, non-franchise business model. We’re looking for dedicated and skilled male candidates to join our team as a Back Office cum Cashier at our various outlets in and around Thane.
The Role: Back Office Cashier (Males Only)
This is a full-time, permanent position for a back office cum cashier. The role is a crucial part of our store operations, focusing on the financial and administrative aspects that keep our business running smoothly.
Please Note: We are hiring male candidates only for this position.
Key Responsibilities
As a Back Office Cashier, your primary duties will include:
- Billing: Handling all billing transactions with accuracy and speed.
- Cash Management: Diligently and responsibly managing daily cash flow and bank deposits.
- Report Preparation: Creating various daily and weekly reports in Excel format.
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have the following skills:
- Communication: Strong English verbal, speaking, and written communication skills are essential for both internal and external correspondence.
- Typing: An English typing speed with an accuracy of more than 30 WPM.
- Advanced Excel: A mandatory requirement for this role. You must be well-versed in Excel formulas and functions such as Summation, Conditional Formatting, Average, Percentage, Min, Max, and others. You will be required to prepare reports, and strong Excel knowledge is non-negotiable.
- Email Drafting: The ability to draft professional emails.
Education & Experience:
- Experience: We welcome freshers as well as candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Education: A minimum of HSC or Graduation is required. Candidates with Master’s or Engineering degrees should not apply.
Work Schedule & Salary
- Work Hours: Our store timings are typically from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that the Viviana Mall outlet operates from 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
- Weekly Off: You will receive one weekly off on any day between Monday and Friday. No offs are provided on weekends.
- Salary & Benefits: The compensation package includes a salary of ₹15,000 per month (in hand), along with PF and other benefits.
