Key Responsibilities

As part of the Order Management team at Genpact, you will manage the entire order-to-delivery cycle and ensure smooth customer service operations.

  1. Order Processing – Receiving, validating, and entering customer orders with complete accuracy.
  2. Order Tracking – Monitoring orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timelines are maintained.
  3. Customer Communication – Acting as the point of contact for internal & external customers regarding order updates, inquiries, and issue resolution.
  4. Inventory Coordination – Collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely shipment.
  5. Documentation – Maintaining accurate order records and updating relevant ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  6. Problem Resolution – Addressing issues such as order discrepancies, billing errors, damaged goods, and shipping delays.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  8. Reporting & Analysis – Generating reports on order performance, delays, and customer satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Detail-Oriented – Ability to spot errors and maintain accuracy in large data sets.
  • Technical Knowledge – Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on ERP tools (SAP is an added advantage).
