Eligibility Criteria

  • UG: Any Graduate
  • Experience in IT service desk support is preferred (6 months to 1 year).
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, and Networking.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with Printers, Workstations, and Connectivity issues.
  • Immediate to 15-day joiners preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
  • Manage IT tickets raised via phone, email, chat, and self-service portals.
  • Provide technical support for installation, configuration, and user lifecycle management.
  • Maintain accurate logs in ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to escalate complex issues.
  • Deliver effective communication to both technical and non-technical users.
