🔐 Key Responsibilities

1. Develop Security Policies: Create, maintain, and enforce strong security policies and procedures aligned with compliance regulations (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, GDPR).
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and threat analysis, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of banking systems.
3. Incident Response: Investigate, respond, and resolve cybersecurity incidents with effective containment and recovery plans.
4. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to RBI, GDPR, PCI DSS, and internal governance frameworks.
5. Systems Oversight: Manage firewalls, intrusion detection, encryption, endpoint security, and access control.
6. Vendor Security: Monitor third-party vendors for compliance with security requirements.
7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to embed cybersecurity practices in projects.
8. Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for senior leadership, audit committees, and regulatory boards.

🎯 Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Tech/BE in CS, IT, ECE, or MCA.
• Preferred Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, hacking techniques, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
