Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Support Associate, you will act as the first point of contact for international customers. Your role includes:
- Handling technical queries via calls, emails, and chat
- Performing first-level troubleshooting and escalating advanced issues
- Recording tickets in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.)
- Monitoring infrastructure alerts and providing timely responses
- Drafting professional communication and knowledge articles
- Ensuring issues are resolved within defined SLA timelines
Required Skills
Candidates must have:
- Strong communication skills (voice, email, and chat)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy
- Experience in desktop/laptop troubleshooting, printers, and network support
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, antivirus management, and patch updates
- Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and monitoring systems
- Good understanding of MS Office and standard software support
