Job Role: Finance & Accounts (F&A)
Selected candidates will be part of Genpact’s Finance & Accounting operations, where they will work on Accounts Payable, Record-to-Report, and Cash Applications/Collections.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Accounts Payable
- Review and process invoices.
- Handle PO/Non-PO based invoices and payment releases.
- Ensure compliance with 3-way match, GRN, and invoice audits.
🔹 Record-to-Report
- Assist in month-end closing and reconciliations.
- Work with ERP systems like SAP, Blackline, and HANA.
- Handle journal entries including accruals, deferrals, and leases.
🔹 Cash Applications / Collections
- Post customer payments to respective accounts.
- Research and resolve unapplied receipts.
- Connect with customers to ensure timely payments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in B.Com / BBA / M.Com / MBA (Finance preferred)

- Willingness to work in 24/7 shift rotation.
