- Shifts: 24×7 Rotational, including night shifts
- Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound HR queries from Amazon employees
- Manage payroll, benefits, and attendance-related issues
- Log tickets and resolve cases in PeoplePortal
- Maintain data privacy and adhere to HR policies
- Collaborate with global HR teams for resolution
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- International voice process experience preferred
- MS Excel, Word & Email writing skills
- Strong knowledge of HR policies
