🎯 Job Responsibilities
As an AR Caller Executive, you will:
• Call US insurance companies to check claim status
• Follow up on denied & pending claims
• Identify denial reasons and help resolve issues
• Prevent claims from being written-off
• Maintain call logs, documentation & updates in CRM
• Handle high-volume outbound calling professionally
This role requires excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
🧠 Required Skills & Eligibility
✔ Good verbal English communication
✔ Confidence in voice process calling
✔ Ability to analyze claim denial cases
✔ Knowledge of BPO workflow preferred
✔ Max Experience allowed: 24 months (if non-healthcare background)
Undergraduates must have minimum 12 months experience in any job role.
