We are hiring a Sales & Maintenance Executive who will play a hybrid role handling both Sales (school visits, demos, closures) and Maintenance (installation, service support & training).
This is a great opportunity for freshers passionate about EdTech and customer field operations.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Activities
- Visit schools & education institutions across Guwahati
- Demonstrate digital learning products (Smart Classroom, VR/AR, 7D tech, etc.)
- Drive sales closures with principals and decision-makers
- Handle tender participation, demo & documentation
- Maintain leads, follow-ups, quotations & proposal submissions
- Attend education fairs and school promotional events
Technical Service & Field Support
- Installation & maintenance of Smart Classroom hardware
- Provide quick troubleshooting & customer support at schools
- Maintain demo devices & ensure uptime
- Record daily visit reports and field service activity
Operational & Coordination Tasks
- Support office tasks at Guwahati base office
- Collaborate with central operations & sales heads
- Ensure strong customer relationships and satisfaction
