Role Purpose

As a Service Engineer, you will travel to customer sites (PAN India) to install, commission, troubleshoot and maintain industrial sorting and grading machines (for cashew, plastic, rice and tea) to ensure maximum machine uptime and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, servicing and preventive maintenance of sorting machines.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site promptly and effectively.
Provide training and guidance to operators and maintenance staff at customer sites.
Document service activities, maintain service reports and update closure details.
Ensure adherence to company safety standards and protocols during service work.
Coordinate with the service coordinator and spares team for part requirements and logistics.
Escalate recurring or complex issues to the technical support / R&D team.
Maintain strong customer relationships through professional and proactive field support.

Key Skills & Competencies

Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Strong technical knowledge of electro-mechanical systems and electrical systems; ability to use a multimeter confidently.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.

Education & Eligibility

Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Electrical / Electronics/Telecommunication OR equivalent graduate qualification.
Freshers to 2 years experience are eligible.
